These terms govern your use of lygroup.llc. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
1. Who operates this site
This website is operated by LY Group LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New York, United States. "We", "us" and "our" mean LY Group LLC.
2. Using the site
You may read, browse and share this site freely. You agree not to use it unlawfully, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or the systems behind it, not to interfere with its operation or security, and not to use automated means to overload it.
3. Our content
Everything on this site — text, design, layout, graphics, logos, the LY Group and app names, and the underlying code — is owned by LY Group LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
You may view this site and print or download extracts for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not republish, sell, rent, sub-licence, reproduce or redistribute material from it commercially, or present it as your own, without our written permission.
4. Our applications
This site describes applications we publish. The apps themselves are licensed separately: your use of any app is governed by its own terms and by the App Store Terms of Service, not by these terms. Nothing here grants you a licence to any app.
5. Accuracy
We keep this site accurate and current as best we can, but we make no warranty that it is complete, accurate or up to date. Descriptions of apps in development reflect our intentions at the time of writing and may change. Nothing on this site is a binding offer or a commitment to ship any particular product or feature.
6. External links
This site links to sites we do not control. Those links are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any external site, and your use of them is at your own risk.
7. Messages you send us
When you contact us you are responsible for the accuracy of what you send and must not send anything unlawful, infringing or malicious. Personal information you send is handled as described in our privacy policy. If you send us an unsolicited idea or suggestion, we are free to use it without obligation or payment to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in New York County, New York.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
