Privacy Policy.

How LY Group LLC handles personal information collected through this website, and how that relates to the privacy policies of the apps we publish.
1. Who we are
LY Group LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of New York, United States, and is the data controller for the information described here.
2. This website collects almost nothing
These pages are static. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking software, embeds no advertising or social trackers, and builds no profiles of visitors. You can read the entire site without providing any personal information, and nothing you do here is used to identify you.
Web fonts are served by Google Fonts. When a page loads a font your browser requests it from Google, and that request includes your IP address and browser details. We receive none of it. Google's handling is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
3. Server logs
This site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any host, Vercel records technical details of requests — IP address, page requested, timestamp, browser type, referring page — to keep the service running, secure and available. We do not use these logs to identify visitors, and they are kept only for the limited period Vercel applies by default.
4. Information you send us
We receive personal information only when you choose to send it, by emailing us or submitting the contact form. That means:
- your name, if you give it;
- your email address, so we can reply;
- whatever you write in your message.
We use it for one purpose: to read your message and answer it. We do not add you to a mailing list, sell your details, or pass them to anyone for marketing. Messages are kept while the matter is open and for a reasonable record of correspondence, then deleted.
Where UK or EU law applies, our legal basis is legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us.
5. Service providers
A small number of third parties help operate this site. They act on our instructions and only for the purposes above:
- Vercel Inc. — hosting and delivery
- Resend — delivering contact form messages to our inbox
- Porkbun LLC — domain registration and DNS
- Google LLC — web font delivery
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own purposes.
6. Our apps
This policy covers this website only. Each app we publish has its own privacy policy on its App Store listing and inside the app. Where an app collects usage data we take the minimum needed to tell whether a feature works, and that app's policy says so.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict how we use it, or receive it in a portable format. Residents of California and other US states with comparable laws have the right to know what we collect and to request deletion, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Email hello@lygroup.llc with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.
9. International visitors
We operate from the United States and information sent to us is processed there.
10. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and we deliberately keep the number of systems touching personal information small. No transmission or storage method is perfectly secure, but our measures are proportionate to the very limited information we hold.
11. Changes
If this policy changes we update the date above. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
